Facial Rejuvenation, the natural face lift, is a wonderful alternative to Botox, Laser Therapy or invasive surgery. Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, also called the acupuncture facelift, is a rejuvenation and revitalization process designed to help you look and feel years younger. This natural, effective, virtually painless and relaxing treatment is based on the principles of Oriental Medicine and involves the insertion of hair-thin needles into particular areas of the face, ears, neck, hands, trunk, and legs along channels of energy.
Erasing years naturally Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture may erase several years of aging from the face, with initial results apparent after just one treatment! Fine lines may be entirely eliminated and deeper wrinkles diminished. Bags under the eyes can be reduced, jowls firmed, puffiness eliminated, droopy eyelids lifted and double chins minimized. Other likely results include: moisturizing of the skin with increased local circulation of blood to the face, firmer skin and muscle tone, tightening of enlarged pores, brightening of the eyes, improved hormonal balance to help acne and reduction of stress evident in the face.
How many Treatments does it take? After an initial consultation and evaluation, a series of 12-15 treatments will be recommended. Why Cosmetic Acupuncture A full facelift costs in the neighborhood of $12,000-$16,000. A mini facelift, which addresses the cheeks and jowls but not the forehead, is more affordable at around $7,000-$9,000. Botox costs an average of $300-$600 per session. One session includes multiple injections and, usually, multiple areas of the face. Facial rejuvenation can erase years off of your face depending on diet, healthy life patterns, needling and at home facial care regimen. What to expect during/ after your treatment A warming facial tea mask and heated mask is first placed onto the face. The practitioner then will apply body needles. Jade rollers cool the skin before needles are inserted into the face. Herbal products are then applied to the face and the treatment is finished with Chinese body work and nutritional counseling. Kindly remove makeup before your treatment and expect to lay for 60-90 minutes. Bruising, although not common, is possible, so we recommend taking homeopathic arnica pellets (with your doctor’s consent) on the day of your treatment. Lavender and coconut oil are great for home use to reduce bruising (if it occurs). Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture is not recommended for those with certain health conditions.
